In December of 2003, a circut court judge in Iowa ordered a husband to be restrained from entering his own house, simply because he had punched his hand through the wall in understandable anger at his wife's philandering.

In August of 2003, a superior court judge in Wisconsin limited a father's contact with his daughter simply because he had his third DWI arrest with his daughter in the car, and had given his nine year old daughter at most two light Budweisers.

In May of 2003, the Supreme Court of Connecticut upheld a two year sentence of a white male accused of road rage, simply because he wanted to get past the slow-poking broad in front of him, who would not pull over until he had to bump her from behind, at which point her inept driving caused her to land upside down in the median strip of the Connecticut Turnpike.
